Honor in Bug Fixes

No hidden alignment bar — just bows, prayers, and whether you cut a grinder.

Honor System

The first line of the Bug Fixes description is not a bind. It is a question: is honor truly dead. The game never answers with a meter. It answers with X and B. This page is the social system that those keys create on a 50-player Roblox field.

Until 5 September 2026 there was no documented honor stat, no shop discount for being nice, no bounty board. Highborn sells a donation wakizashi with a “higher social status” line; it is not an honor rank. The live credits now name an honor system, leaderboard, and join system by tannergombi. That is code, not a published meter. Read honor leaderboard for what we will and will not invent. Until a widget is visible in a reproducible session, honor is still what other players remember.

The verbs

Bow or sheath (X). A bow is a duel request or a thank you. A sheath is “I am not here to farm you.” Mixing them on one key is the joke and the skill. Practice on controls so you do not sheath mid-swing.

Pray (B). Public grinding for armor. A prayer circle is a truce unless someone decides it is not. If you walk in swinging, you have answered the tagline with yes, honor is dead.

Hat off (=). Optional respect, optional mockery. Silhouette language. See hats and loadouts.

Chat kurosawa. You are declaring a film, not a duel. Cinematic mode is a camera, not a white flag, but most people will read it as “I am recording.”

Unwritten tables

Servers write their own rules in ten minutes:

  • Bow, wait, cut. Common among katana purists.
  • No bow, sprint, mash F. Common among tourists. Punish them with how to fight.
  • Do not touch the pray line. Common when red plates are rare that day.
  • Musket line is a faction. You join facing the same way or you are a target. Gun teaser.

None of these are enforced by Roblox moderation. They are enforced by the next cut.

Why the question is in the description

Woodlegs games like atmosphere more than tutorial popups. Putting the honor question above the keybinds is a design statement: the melee system is serious, the UI is not going to lecture you. You can play this title as a deathmatch. You will have more interesting clips if you do not.

Filmmakers need honor because a bow in fog looks like a movie. Duelists need honor because the pause is a free stance read. Grinders need honor so they can finish B without resetting.

What honor is not

  • A code.
  • A game pass.
  • A reason to ignore movement and stand still as a target.
  • A report category. “He did not bow” is not an exploit.

Scripts that auto-bow or auto-pray exist in the abstract as universal command bars. They miss the point and they risk the account. See scripts.

A practical honor kit

  1. Spawn. Walk. Do not swing at the first kimono.
  2. If they bow, bow. Then fight properly.
  3. If they pray, decide. Walking past is also an answer.
  4. If they form a musket line, treat it as a different sport.
  5. If you win, sheath or bow. If you lose, you already know whether they were honorable.

The players hub is the directory. This page is the contract. The getting started guide is where you try it the first time without an audience in your head.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

Is there an honor meter?

No public meter is documented. Credits now name an honor system and leaderboard; treat those as code until a UI is visible.

Do I have to bow?

No. It is etiquette. It also creates a useful pause for reading stance.

Is killing someone who is praying bannable?

Not by itself. It is a social choice. Some servers will hunt you for it; the engine will not.

Does honor unlock armor?

Armor comes from the pray loop, not from a hidden morality score. You can be rude and still get plates if you press B long enough.
