captainwoodlegs did not pin a Steam-style changelog. This page is a reconstruction from the live Roblox description, the 9 August 2026 create date, and public testing videos that match place 100971017807798. When an official list appears, it will replace the reconstruction. Until then, treat each block as “what players could verify,” not as a leaked studio doc.

Launch block — 9 August 2026

• Public Roblox experience bug fixes goes live.
• Melee system, map, immersion, movement, hats, some swords, characters, animations credited to captainwoodlegs.
• Code cleanup credited to adeptrblx. Optimization credited to tannergombi. “Nuclear devices” credited to aedanluke. “The dirty work” credited to jondecus. On 5 September 2026 the live text expanded tannergombi to honor system, leaderboard, and join system, and named jondecus environmental supervisor. See September 2026 notes.
• Binds published: X bow or sheath, B pray, E Q F directional cuts, R stance, = hat off, G displace.
• Easter egg: say kurosawa for cinematic mode.
• Explicit warning: no full console or mobile support yet.
• Avatar type MorphToR15. Max players 50. Online only.

Bug Fixes in testing — gun and more updates

Playtest impressions wave

Community first-impressions sessions established the loop: foggy lantern map, fist on slot 1, katana on slot 2, honor verbs, PC-first. No promo codes. No badge list. On 30 August 2026 the universe listed the Highborn pass (50 Robux donation wakizashi, no dual wield; shrine copy lasts one life). If you watched a video titled first impressions, that is this block, not a different samurai game.

Highborn storefront — 30 August 2026

• Game pass highborn (ID 1965847261) goes on sale for 50 Robux.
• Official text: donation pass, spawn wakizashi with katana, cannot dual wield, emergency backup, may go offsale, previous owners keep benefits.
• Wakizashi also obtainable at the in-game shrine for one life.
• VIP private servers remain disabled. Joining.

Armor block

Videos titled around samurai armor show kabuto crests and later red plates. The method players describe is repeated praying on B, not a shop. How to get armor is the grind page. This notes page only records that armor became visible in public clips after launch, which is why spawn fields filled with helmets.

A longer “RED SAMURAI” session claimed plates after a lot of praying and mentioned a musketeer kit in the same era. That overlap is why loadouts ranks plates and muskets as separate tools.

Gun and hat UX block

Testing clips show:

• Musket lines in cherry-colored fields.
• A drop-hat world prompt as well as the = bind.
• Horses and chat like “neigh” in the same shots.
• HUD still showing fist / katana slots even while firearms are in the scene.

Whether a given gun is a keep, a test, or a glitch is argued on gun teaser. This patch page records that they were visible to the public, so you should not be shocked when a server has them.

Platform block (ongoing)

The description still says mobile and console are unfinished and intended for keyboard attachments. If a patch silently completes those layouts, we will strike this paragraph. Until then, mobile play, movement, and controls stay PC-first.

What we have not seen

• A redeem UI for codes.
• Named stance titles in the official text. Stances still ranks habits.
• A Trello. Links will add one if it appears.
• A script-friendly remote that we would document as a feature. Scripts remain unofficial.

How to use these notes

After you read a block, go play. Then correct your muscle memory on how to fight and honor. Notes without play are just a date list. If a bind in the description ever changes, treat the Roblox page as the winner and this reconstruction as the archive until we catch up.
