Loadout Tier List

A loadout in Bug Fixes is the hotbar plus the silhouette. Slot 1 is fist. Slot 2 is katana. Hats come off with =. Plates come from praying. Muskets and shinobi outfits showed up in testing-phase videos. This page ranks those combinations so the parent tier list can stay short.

Stances stay on stances. If you only change clothes and never press R, you are not climbing this list.

Ranked loadouts

S — Katana, no excuses. Slot 2, directional cuts, optional bow. This is the game the description describes. It works before you own a crest. It still works after. Pair with how to fight.

S — Red plates on a real duelist. Same as katana S, with the social weight and the harder silhouette. You earned it on B. Do not waste it mashing F.

A — First kabuto. The gold crest is the common “I finished a pray session” look. A-tier because it is achievable and readable. You will be challenged more often. That is useful practice.

A — Musket line. Community clips show rows of red kabuto with firearms under pink trees, complete with “drop hat” text and neighing horses. As a formation it controls a lane. As a 1v1 it is a different game. Keep it on the field, not in a lantern alley. Context: gun teaser.

A — Highborn wakizashi. The 50 Robux Highborn pass spawns a spare short sword with your katana. The pass says you cannot dual wield. Treat it as an emergency backup and a status flavor line, not a second moveset. A shrine copy lasts one life.

B — Fist only. Slot 1 exists. It is a statement, not a plan. Use it to bow-fight or to joke. Switch to katana when someone else is serious.

B — Shinobi teaser. Dark wrap, shuriken on the arm, gun on the back in one thumbnail. Cool. Not a finished kit you should bet a whole playstyle on. Watch updates before you main it.

C — Cinematic fashion. Hat off, kurosawa on, plates for the screenshot. Cinematic mode is for film. You will lose the trade.

D — Catalog flex. The experience morphs you to R15. Spending Robux on unrelated limiteds will not replace plates or stance.

How loadouts interact with honor

A bowing kabuto reads as a duel request. A praying red plate reads as “do not farm me” to some servers and as “free hit” to others. Honor is the social patch notes. A musket line bowing in sync is cinema; it is also a warning that the lane is not a 1v1.

What not to buy

The only listed pass on this universe is Highborn (50 Robux, donation wakizashi, no dual wield). Third-party shops claiming exclusive muskets, honor ranks, or mobile HUDs are not this wiki. Codes are empty. Scripts that spawn items are not loadouts and are a ban conversation. VIP private servers are not sold here. See joining.

Switching in a live server

  1. Sheath or bow on X so you do not cut an ally while you fiddle with slots.
  2. Slot 2 for steel, slot 1 only if you mean it.
  3. = if the hat fights the kabuto in your camera.
  4. If you are joining a musket clump, arrive already facing the same way. Movement is how you get there without looking lost.

When a patch adds a real third slot, this page will grow a row, not a myth. Until then, katana remains the intended main, and everything else is a test or a trophy.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

What is the best loadout?

Katana with stance literacy. Armor is a trophy on top of that, not a replacement for directional cuts.

Should I main muskets?

Only if you like formation play. They showed up in testing videos and may still be moving. Katana remains the core loop.

Is the shinobi kit finished?

Treat it as a teaser until patch notes say otherwise. Looks are ahead of a full ninja movelist.

Do hats change stats?

They change silhouette. Take them off with = if they block your camera. They are not a DPS slot.

Is Highborn worth buying?

Only if you want a spawn wakizashi backup. It does not dual wield, raise honor, or unlock a mobile HUD. The shrine copy lasts one life.
